BAM Motorcycle News – Harley-Davidson’s 110th Anniversary Celebration Kicks Off!
“Sixty Bands, Three Days, One Legendary Party.” That’s the slogan for the upcoming Harley-Davidson 110th Anniversary Celebration this weekend. The festivities kick off tomorrow August 29th and run through September 1st in Milwaukee, Wisconsin and will feature some of the biggest musical talents in the world. Attendees will also get to experience a once in a lifetime event and view Harley’s newest 2014 lineup, which was recently unveiled in Colorado.
When you attend this weekend’s party, you will get to experience some of the biggest names in music—on stage, LIVE. Kid Rock, Aerosmith, Toby Keith, Lynryd Skynryd, Cheap Trick, Uncle Kracker, and ZZ Top are just a few of the 60 bands that will be performing on 5 stages throughout the weekend’s celebration.
Tomorrow the event kicks off in style with a New Orleans style Mardi Gras walking parade, bike raffles, a motorcycle skills competition, and ongoing concerts. While you are there, you can immerse yourself in everything Harley-Davidson and check out the Harley-Davidson Museum. There will even be a custom bike show during the event to feature their amazing collection of Harley-Davidson motorcycles.
After hours why not relax with a Cuban cigar and some LIVE music at the Motor Bar & Restaurant—or buy tickets to one of the headlining concerts.
Throughout the weekend, motorcyclists and their families can enjoy the sites and sounds of the festivities, pick up some cool 110th Anniversary merchandise, enter to win custom bikes, and enjoy the themed exhibits, food, and beverages from 43 local restaurants.
