While summer is not officially here, if you head to Panama City Beach for the Thunder Beach 16th Annual Spring Rally, you can party on the beach like it is! The Rally starts April 30th and runs through May 4th in Panama City Beach. Nestled in Bay County, Florida on the warm Gulf of Mexico, Panama City Beach boasts some of the most beautiful white sand beaches in all of northwest Florida. Also known as the “Spring Break Capital of the World”, Panama City Beach knows how to throw a good party. In fact, every year, more than 100,000+ college students hit the beach every year for Spring Break during March and April.
Now, the city is opening its doors for another huge party—the Thunder Beach Motorcycle Rally. There are numerous venues to choose from during the rally where you’ll find good food, music, demo rides, activities, and a variety of motorcycle merchandise to purchase. Each venue offers riders a different environment with different activities for the day. There is never a gate charge to access any of the venues, which is why Thunder Beach is known as “The Most Biker Friendly FREE Rally in the U.S.”
The Kickstart Party begins on May 30th at Hammerhead Fred’s and doors open officially at 6pm. Here are just a few of the venues you can enjoy while visiting the Thunder Beach Rally:

  • The Boardwalk Beach Resort
  • Club LaVela
  • Frank Brown Park
  • Hammerhead Fred’s
  • Harley Davidsons of PCB
  • Pier Park
  • Sharkey’s
  • Shoppes at Edgewater
  • Wicked Wheel Bar and Grill

While you are cruising the strip and enjoying the various venues, you can come see the Wall of Death, view the Miss Thunder Beach Contest, enjoy demo rides, hear the AC/DC tribute show, enter the tattoo contest, and more. You can even head down to Frank Brown Park to see Circus Una, the all female high-wire daredevil duo in action. The motorcycle, trapeze artist, and rider impossibly balanced on a thin wire is an act that must be seen to be believed and is fun for the whole family. Come see it in the dark, when the bike’s LED lights illuminate the sky.
On May 3rd, come on out and participate in the Bike Parade at the corner of R. Jackson Blvd and Middle Beach Road. Hundreds of riders will join together for this one-of-a-kind parade that memorializes fallen local hero, Sgt. Kevin Kight. This memorial ride was established in 2005 to honor police officer Kight who was killed in the line of duty during a routine traffic stop. All proceeds benefit children and families in need.
Stop by the Russ Brown Motorcycle Attorneys® BAM booth and see how you could be riding a new Harley-Davidson Softail with Russ Brown and BAM this summer.
